Duncan's AC will visit your residential property 2 times per year to check on your Air Conditioning Units performance. We will perform a thorough 16 point inspection, checking all electrical components/ connections/ amp drawls on all electrical parts. We will also lubricate all moving parts. Check small parts such as contactors/ relays/ capacitors/ heat sequencers/ and all safety switches. Check thermostat calibrations. Brush clean all indoor coils and pressure clean all outdoor coils. We will also clean and clear drain lines. Check Freon charge, top off charge if needed with your 1st lb of freon on us.
